CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied to your total at the time of service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. Health Intake & Massage Client Agreement All clients are required to complete the Health Intake and Massage Policy/Client Agreement at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If these forms are not submitted a day before your appointment, the session will be canceled and the deposit is non-refundable. This is for safety, liability, and to ensure appropriate treatment. No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged 40% of the scheduled service total in addition to forfeiting the deposit.
